2. Rental Agreement

Eligibility Requirements

Must be at least 25 years old (30+ for premium vehicles)
Valid driver's license for minimum 2 years
Major credit card for security deposit
Clean driving record

Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with traffic laws and our usage policies. Prohibited uses include:

Racing or competitive driving
Commercial use without authorization
Transporting illegal substances
Off-road driving
Driving under the influence

3. Payment Terms

Pricing

Rental rates are based on a 24-hour period and include:

Vehicle rental
Basic insurance coverage
Unlimited mileage within agreed area
24/7 roadside assistance

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

Late returns (additional day charges)
Fuel replacement if not returned full
Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or damage
Traffic violations during rental period
Additional drivers

4. Insurance and Liability

Included Coverage

Basic rental includes third-party liability and theft protection. Comprehensive coverage options are available for additional protection.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Damage not covered by insurance
Deductible amounts for covered claims
Personal belongings left in vehicle
Traffic violations and parking tickets

5. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
No refund for no-shows

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues, or safety concerns. Full refunds will be provided for company-initiated cancellations.
