How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website by selecting your pickup and return dates, locations, and preferred vehicle. You can also call us directly or visit our office.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license, a major credit card, and a government-issued ID. International visitors may need an International Driving Permit.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty. Changes within 24 hours may incur fees.
What is the minimum age to rent a luxury vehicle?
The minimum age is 25 years old for most luxury vehicles. Some premium models may require drivers to be 30 or older.
Pricing & Payment
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes basic insurance coverage, unlimited mileage within the agreed area, and 24/7 roadside assistance.
Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees may apply for delivery/pickup services, additional drivers, young driver surcharge, and optional insurance upgrades.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.
When is payment processed?
A security deposit is authorized when you pick up the vehicle. Final payment is processed upon return, after vehicle inspection.
Vehicle & Service
What if the vehicle breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Contact us immediately, and we'll either repair the vehicle or provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental subject to vehicle availability. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange the extension.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur additional daily charges. If you're more than 3 hours late, you'll be charged for an additional day.
Are pets allowed in rental vehicles?
Pets are allowed with advance notice and a pet cleaning fee. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.
Insurance & Safety
What insurance coverage is included?
Basic coverage includes third-party liability and theft protection. Additional comprehensive coverage options are available.
What if there's an accident?
Contact the police and us immediately. Do not admit fault. We'll guide you through the claims process and provide assistance.
